About

My name is Steven Wynne. I am a teacher at Chouteau Elementary, and I have a long-standing interest in gaming, specifically tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs).

At their core, TTRPGs are not about dice or fantasy worlds. They are about people. They require communication, leadership, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving under pressure. Those are the same skills students and young adults need in real life, in school, in work, and in relationships. That overlap is why this space exists.

One of my life goals is simple and demanding: help people become the best version of themselves in whatever they pursue. Adventure Foundry is a practical way to do that. Through structured gameplay and guided facilitation, participants practice leadership, social awareness, teamwork, decision-making, and perseverance in a setting that is engaging and low-risk but still meaningful.

My background is rooted in both education and service. I have spent years serving in discipleship and mentorshipthrough Doxazo, as well as through Hope Church, working with students and young adults in environments focused on growth, accountability, and community. That experience shapes how Adventure Foundry is designed: intentional, relational, and purpose-driven rather than just entertainment.

Adventure Foundry exists to take something students already love and use it to forge character, confidence, and connection. Games are the tool. People are the point.
